Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within
5 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be new or defective/ damaged.
We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, contact us and send a video of the defective/damaged product. We will generate a return authorization after verifying it. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
For exchanges, place a new order for the desired item. Provide us with your order number, and we will create a return authorization for the previous item.
REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, it will take 3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, contact us at hello@its-my-shopping.com
INVALID REASONS
- Buyer no longer wants the items: This is a common reason we cannot honor. Buyers should ensure they want the item before submitting an order.
- Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract to purchase all items in the order.
CANCELLATIONS

If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to stop the package.
